We are looking for a roommate to take the second bedroom in our apartment starting in January. It’s a 2-bedroom, 1-bath setup, so we would be sharing the bathroom and common areas. The rent is $675 per month plus utilities. The location is honestly the best part, especially if you are a student or work downtown. It is very close to downtown. We are located right off Meharry Blvd. You can easily walk to Meharry Medical College or Fisk University from here. If you drive, it’s only about a 5-minute drive to Germantown and 8minutes to get right into the middle of Downtown/Broadway. It’s also super close to the interstate if you need to commute out.
