The room is fully set up with a bedframe, table, chair, and with its own bathroom. Rent: $696+Monthly utilities 5-minute Drive to Patel Brothers, Walmart, Planet Fitness, UPS, and other Indian restaurants. 5 min walk to stores like Dollar Tree, Burlington, Ross, and Kroger You can take up the space in Dec or Jan, but ideally, looking for someone who can join in the current lease immediately to extend it after Feb 15th in the next 1 week.
